What type of information I hold

I collect personal information, such as your name, address and telephone number.

How do I collect it

The data I obtain is usually given by the client when they contact me for a free 15-minute talk about the proposed photography.

What do I do with the information

I keep your details on file for a minimum of 5 years, where I may use them to contact you about future projects and to send you a Christmas card.

How do I store the information

A digital copy is kept on my desktop and a paper copy in my filing cabinet.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
